Today, 153 years ago, Maria Montessori was born in Chiaravalle, Italy. Little did anyone know, Maria would become a pioneer within the education field. Advocating for children’s rights, peace, social justice, and much more has led to a revolution in schools even after her death. We thank Maria for all she has done for education.
